Always with an eye on the budget and the specifically needs but most of all learning to perceive and interpret the different dreams of business. Here are some terms and conditions :
  1. There is a minimum order of a 20 ft container.
  2. Time of delivery is 4 - 7 weeks after receipt of order, depending on the condition of our production. Delay in delivery time however does not authorize the customer to refuse the container nor to demand a penalty.
  3. Payment methods.
    • By irrevocable AT SIGHT L/C or
    • By 30% down payment after purchase order is received and full final payment is to be received BEFORE the goods leaves the port of Indonesia.

  4. Packaging : our FOB price has included necessary packaging materials. Our packaging is good for warehouse inventory and palette shipping. Where necessary, we use double wall corrugated carton box. Any special packaging and protection will incur additional costs, eg special packaging for mail order companies.
  5. Claim :
    Documentation such as photos for any claim shall be provided by the buyer, and must be forwarded to the following email : This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it We would accept the claim if factory defects can be proven, and we replace the defect goods in the following delivery or order. No claims can be exchanged for Cash Refund . JAVA should be notified immediately (within 3 x 24 hours) if customers suspect any missing items in a shipment. If the customer neglects to do so, any claims related the missing items will be neglected.
